Attraverso i <mark style="color:orange;">**Ticket**</mark> di Titanet potrai avere una <mark style="color:green;">**chat privata direttamente con gli staffer**</mark> che poi analizzeranno e risolveranno qualsiasi **problema o dubbio**.

Per creare un ticket ti basterà andare nella Categoria <mark style="color:orange;">**"Supporto"**</mark> nel canale <mark style="color:orange;">**"# Crea-un-ticket**</mark>**"**\
Successivamente dovrai cliccare su uno dei pulsanti in base alla <mark style="color:green;">**tipologia del dubbio/problema**</mark>
